We will be open for regular office hours January 3, 2012 at 9:00am.

As winter is now upon us, we would like to take a few minutes to remind you of a few important items:
1. Check your heat tape on your lines under your mobile homes.
2. Winter tires are extremely important to prevent serious accidents.
3. Wood fireplaces should be professionally cleaned prior to the first use of the season.
4. Have your furnaces professional serviced to ensure they are functioning properly.
5. Check your windows & doors for drafts.
6. Make sure to clear your sidewalks from snow and ice to prevent falls.
